| Secrets of the Boudoir Burlesque are proud to be hosting a one-off, 90 minute Fandance skills workshop with Missy Malone, covering the basics and useful tips for beginners and the experienced performer alike. Missy Malone has 8 years professional experience performing Fandance so this is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business in a relaxed and fun environment. This is not a burlesque stripping workshop and will not include tassel-twirling or nudity.  The workshop will also include a Q&A with Missy. Boys also welcome at these workshops but you'll be expected to take part – no observers! Fans will be provided but if you have your own set, please bring them along! Book early, as there are only limited places in each class. Posing Workshop with Anna Fur Laxis
Secrets of the Boudoir Burlesque are holding a 'Posing Workshop' with Anna Fur Laxis on the 10th July in Sheffield City Centre.
Let Anna show you the tips and tricks she has picked up on her travels!
Anna is a 10-year internationally qualified Aesthetician and has Modelled and performed Burlesque in locations including Los Angeles, Paris, Brussels, Tokyo, Milan, Rome, Venice, Barcelona, Zurich, Helsinki, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York and San Francisco. Her credits include work for high profile retro/vintage clothing & accessories companies, the covers of several magazines, and a ranking in the top 5 of the world “Burlesque Top 50”.

Secrets of the Boudoir Burlesque Course: Burlesque Lessons

Experienced burlesque performers Deadly Nightshade and Cherry Du Bois began the 'Secrets of the Boudoir Burlesque Course' in July 2011. Deadly and Cherry began performing in 2007, and Deadly has been running 'Secrets of the Boudoir Burlesque', a quarterly burlesque event since 2008. The pair's experience and knowledge in this field has led to them designing and teaching a very informative ten week Burlesque Course which is aimed at covering all areas of the art of the tease, from creating a stage persona and building confidence to lacing a corset correctly.
If you embark upon this ten week course, you will learn everything from posing and pouting to peeling and tassel twirling (for those who feel comfortable!) With a workshop to teach you how to create vintage hair and make-up, and one to teach you how to make your very own tassels all included in the price!
